Spicy Cauliflower in Maggi Black Pepper Mix
A very spicy cauliflower ..... goes well with Noodles / Fried Rice / Rotis / Pulao .... also good combination with Chicken and Lamb / Minced meat.

You will need
200 g cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch spring onion or 1 chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 - inch piece ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoon Maggi Black Pepper Mix
1/4 cup ( 50 ml ) water

Method
Wash and clean cauliflower florets.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan / wok / kadai. Add chopped spring onions or onion and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add cauliflower florets, 3 tablespoon Maggi black pepper mix and 1/4 cup ( 50 ml ) water. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat till done / gravy thickens / fragrant ( approximate cooking time 15 minutes ).
